Your fingerprints are printed on a FBI Form FD-258, SF-87 Card, etc for Background Check, FINRA, Professional Licenses, Out-of-State fingerprint applications, government applications, etc.

This service is for those seeking the traditional ink-on-paper fingerprints.

Certain applications only accept the ink on paper method of fingerprinting instead of the electronic submission method.

FNL OFFERS YOU this traditonal method with ONE clean ADVANTAGE:
NO MORE INK ALL OVER YOUR FINGERS!

FNL uses an inkless process for your convenience. Your fingerprints are acquired via an electronic scanner and printed out using a government-approved laser printer. This way any fingerprint rolling error can be easily ammended and you avoid having messy inked fingers.

Multiple copies of your set of fingerprints can be provided if needed.

If you do not have the FBI Form FD-258 required, FNL will provide one for you. Just let us know in advance.

Contact FNL for an appointment or more info.

FINRA Application Fingerprints (inked / rolled)

Fingerprints for FINRA Applications

Certain FINRA applications require applicants to be fingerprinted using a fingerprints card (FD-258). This type of fingerprints are called inked or rolled fingerprints and are tipically used for FINRA applications to be filed out of the state of California.

Here at FNL we avoid messy inking. Instead, we used a digitized system that allows us to obtain applicant's fingerprint impressions using a digital fingerprint scanner and transfer the impressions into the fingerprint card via a laser printer. This method minimizes fingerprinting errors and allows to make (print out) several card copies of your fingerprints.
